1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Age Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.

• A 20x wager must be placed on both the bonus amount and the deposit amount.
• After activating a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.

General Bonus Terms

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's activity and engagement. VIP benefits are subject to maintaining the relevant tier. oq999 reserves the right to modify the rules of the VIP program.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oq999 platform:

• Representing a minor or managing an account on their behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses under the same identity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other members to exploit bonus systems ("bonus hunting").
• Any attempt at cheating, fraud, or system manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening oq999 staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by oq999

In the following circumstances, oq999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Any violation of these Terms.

• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• A court order or demand from a regulatory authority.

Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any existing balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will not be withdrawable if the relevant bonus conditions have not been met.
