Below we have organised the most frequently asked questions into five categories — account registration, deposits and withdrawals, games and betting, bonuses and promotions, and safety and responsible gaming. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, our 24/7 live chat support is always available.
Account and Registration
Opening an account at oq999 is very simple. Go to the oq999 Login page and complete your registration by entering your mobile number, password and the required details. The whole process takes just a few minutes, and once your account is active you can make a deposit and start playing.
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play at oq999. This is an essential part of our responsible gaming policy. We may ask for a valid ID document to verify your age if needed. Accounts for anyone under 21 are not approved.
No, only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple profiles using the same mobile number or the same bank or mobile banking account goes against our rules. If this is discovered, both accounts may be closed and any balance held in them is at risk of forfeiture.
Click the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Use that code to verify your identity and set a new password. The whole process is automatic and usually completes within a few minutes. If you have any trouble, contact us via live chat.
For large withdrawal amounts or for security checks, oq999 may sometimes initiate an identity verification process. In such cases, a copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. This process is completely secure and is for the protection of your account. The support team will assist you throughout the process.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits from bKash to oq999 are generally instant — in most cases the balance is added to your account within a few seconds to two minutes. If the bank server is busy, it may take up to 5 minutes. If there is a problem, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
The minimum deposit amount at oq999 is ৳200. For withdrawals, the minimum is ৳500. This limit applies equally to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. It is more convenient to play with a slightly larger balance rather than making many small transactions.
Yes, oq999 supports all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. You can easily deposit and withdraw using Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The same minimum limits apply for each method (৳200 deposit, ৳500 withdrawal). Transaction speeds are similarly fast across all methods.
